Hi, my name is Kathy and I have been tutoring in Sydney for at least 5 years now. Last time I remember we were talking about why tutoring in Sydney is so widespread. Today, I would like to start discussing a new topic of conversation, namely why is it that students in private schools seem to be getting the same number of tutors as those go to selective schools. So one may first assume that private school students in general are richer than those who attend selective schools. Private schools, for those who do not know are schools where teh student or parent will have to pay an annual fee to send their kids there. One the other hand, selective schools are state-run schools where the student needs to sit an entrace exam to gain admission into these schools. There are very many lessons that we all need to learn from Rwanda as it has been able to pick up the pieces and start afresh in an effort to rebuild a country that was on the brink of total collapse and neglect. Rwanda has impressed the international community as it has been able to achieve a fast economic growth rate in a small amount of time. Kudos goes to the people of Rwanda who first embraced reconciliation as the first step to rebuilding their country.
